When you voluntarily submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, stated interest, and any optional company, role, country, or region information you provide. We also collect limited, pseudonymous website activity such as pages viewed, referral source, campaign parameters, and outbound link clicks. We do not store raw IP addresses in our contact or analytics database.

How we use it

We use this information to send relevant Hippomind communications, understand audience interests, improve the website, measure campaigns, and respond to business inquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Choice, access, and deletion

You may unsubscribe through any marketing email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by writing to armel.kono@myhippomind.com.

Retention and security

We retain contact information only while it supports the stated relationship or legal obligations. Access is restricted to the Hippomind site owner, and reasonable technical safeguards protect stored records.

Third-party services

Substack, Amazon, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and other linked services apply their own privacy practices when you visit them. Their policies govern information collected on their platforms.
